I. INSERTING BATTERY:
To open the colored battery cover, just click upwards from the middle.		Insert the battery vertically, with the “+” side on top.
II. APPLICATION OF PRO-CONDUCTIVE GEL :
	Dab a small amount of either water or the included Pro-Conductivity gel onto the black rubber pads (underside of Dreamate).
III. ADJUST :
1. Wear the Dreamate on your left inner wrist, with the top of the device lined up along the crease of your wrist.	2. Secure the Velcro straps around your arm, so it’s comfortable and not too tight.	3. This is what the Dreamate should look like when worn. Make sure it’s on your left arm.
4. To start the Dreamate, press and hold the POWER button for 4 seconds, until the LED light turns on. If worn properly, the light will be green. A red light means the pads have weak contact with your skin. In that case, readjust the Dreamate on your arm. * A rapidly flashing red light means its low battery!	5. Adjust the intensity to a comfortable level; the intensity bar is located on the right side of the Dreamate. The Dreamate will automatically shut off after 30 mins. Keep it clean by wiping the black rubber pads with a wet cloth after use.
Wear the Dreamate for 30mins every day before sleep. After 2-3 weeks of daily use, you will feel significant results!
